Immediately after our garden ceremony, we joined our family and friends for a celebration in the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum's Restaurant & Newton Terrace.

Guests chose from among:

• Herb Crusted Prime Rib
• Chicken Stuffed with Feta and Spinach
• Eggplant Parmesan

Each entree was served with:

• citrus green salad
• artisan bread
• roasted baby red potatoes
• green beans amandine

Wedding cake was served for dessert, with the choice of chocolate cake with white chocolate frosting or amaretto mouse cake, accompanied by a selection of coffee and tea.

Throughout the night, the bar served:

• Vodka Sunrise, the signature cocktail
• 2007 Sauvignon Blanc and 2006 Cuvée Rouge, both from Vin du Lac winery in Casey's hometown of Chelan
• Extra Pale Ale, Oktoberfest, and Northern Porter beer, all from Summit Brewery in Brandon's hometown of St. Paul 
• Asti Champagne by Martini & Rossi
